  • Our products – hookah coal and hookah/sheesha accessories – are sold as accessories only and do not contain tobacco or nicotine. Where flavoured molasses or tobacco-based products are sold, additional statutory warnings and restrictions apply as required under applicable law.
  • Products must be used responsibly, in accordance with applicable local laws and are not intended for use by minors under any circumstances.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that purchase, possession and use of these products is legal in their state or region of residence.

2. Account & Order Information

  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email/SMS and, where applicable, successful payment authorisation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion – for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or where we are unable to verify your age or delivery location.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions and specifications (such as coal burn time, weight and pack size) accurately; minor variations in colour, packaging or weight may occur.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, introduce or discontinue products and correct listing errors at any time without prior notice.
  • Products are subject to availability. In case of stock-outs after an order is placed, we will inform you and offer a refund, replacement or backorder option.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU/other). We do not store your complete card or banking credentials.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, may be subject to additional charges and order value limits, as shown at checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAZWAN COCO CHARCOAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased, including but not limited to misuse of the product, use by individuals under the legal age or use in jurisdictions where such products are restricted. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold GAZWAN COCO CHARCOAL, its employees and partners harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website or products or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, grievances may also be raised with our Grievance Officer as listed in our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
